From Data to Development: How Our Insights Report Helps Your School Thrive

Published On: 1 September 2025

When choosing behaviour support training, you are not just investing in a course; you are investing in long-term impact for your staff, your students, and your whole school community.

At Team Teach, we believe the real measure of effective training is what happens afterwards. That is why we offer more than just training days. We provide a complete package of post-training support and resources to help schools embed practice, build staff confidence, and achieve lasting change.

One of the most powerful ways we do this is through the Team Teach Insights Report.

A Unique School Leadership Tool

The Insights Report is automatically available to every school where at least one member of staff holds a valid Team Teach Behaviour Support Training certificate. It gives leaders access to data-informed insights that help guide strategic decisions around behaviour, inclusion, and staff wellbeing.

Developed with education data experts at SchoolDash, the report combines your school’s own DfE-submitted data with local and national comparisons. It allows you to:

  • Identify where your school is making an impact and where further support may be needed
  • Benchmark against similar schools, to set realistic priorities
  • Celebrate successes and highlight good practice
  • Plan strategically with clarity and confidence

This tool is exclusive to Team Teach. Other providers may deliver training, but we go further by equipping leaders with actionable insights that strengthen whole-school approaches.

Support That Continues Beyond Training

The Insights Report is just one example of how Team Teach supports schools after the training day. Our wider offer includes:

Access to our Support Service

All Team Teach-trained staff can make use of our online support service, where our experienced team can help with:

  • Training needs, such as clarifying skills and approaches to behaviour support
  • Exploring individual needs that may lead to consultancy support
  • Guidance on physical techniques, incident reporting, and risk assessment

This ensures that your staff never feel unsupported, no matter how complex the challenge.

Over 100 Hours of Post-Training Support in the Knowledge Hub

Every training participant gains access to Team Teach Connect and our Knowledge Hub, which offers more than 100 hours of professional development.

From templates, support guides, and posters to webinars, podcasts and our exclusive Talking Behaviour video series, this is a space to deepen understanding, stay up to date with best practice, and strengthen de-escalation and relational approaches.

Organisation Administrator Functionality

Training management is simplified with our Organisation Administrator feature in Connect. This super-user view allows your school to:

  • Track certification and training status with ease
  • Centralise communication with Team Teach
  • Reduce administrative workload while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance

This reassures leaders that staff are trained, supported, and ready to meet the needs of all students, safely, confidently, and consistently.

Proven Impact on Staff Confidence

We measure the incredible difference our training makes. As of May 2025, based on nearly 120,000 responses, first-time training course participants reported their confidence level rising from an average of 6.3 out of 10 before training to 8.1 afterwards. For refresher participants, confidence levels increased from 7.4 to 8.5. These results reflect what schools tell us every day: Team Teach training leaves staff feeling more confident, capable, and connected.

The Leading Provider of Behaviour Support Training

Choosing Team Teach means choosing more than a training course. It means choosing a partner who will stand alongside your school or trust to deliver sustainable, whole-school improvement. With our Insights Report, Knowledge Hub, ongoing support, and proven impact, we offer a wealth of post-training support that sets us apart.
