We’ve conducted extensive research and worked hard with our community to create an offering that supports your needs at an affordable price. Team Teach Connect is a chargeable part of all our training packages, costing just £200 (+VAT) per setting, per year, with a 25% discount offered in the first year. As this is a per setting charge, every Team Teach certified individual in your setting can access Team Teach Connect.

It’s our new innovative platform which connects users to their training, course resources, digital certificates and training logs, a comprehensive package of post-training support, professional development content and events.

During the pandemic we undertook a large survey with our Team Teach Community, and the overwhelming feedback we received was the desire to be more connected to us, and each other. They told us they wanted to hear what’s happening centrally. To understand new initiatives, the direction of travel with our accrediting bodies and where we are with our Governmental discussions, as well as access to post-training support and on-going professional development. 

Team Teach Connect is for anyone who has a valid Team Teach certificate, but has different features and benefits depending upon your role.

All trainers and current certified individuals will have access to:

    • A centralised record of all trainee certificates provides clarity on which individuals have received training, the specific techniques they have been trained in, and the dates when they are required to undergo reaccreditation.
    • A convenient integrated booking feature allows them to effortlessly schedule individuals for courses, providing complete billing details and a comprehensive booking history.
  • Effortlessly access our dedicated support team whenever your team faces any challenges or requires assistance.
  • Act as a direct link between your team and Team Teach.

Team Teach Connect is initially available to anyone who has a valid Team Teach Certificate. They just need to set up their account and add their certificate number into their profile to unlock all the benefits of Team Teach Connect.

We are delighted to offer free access to Team Teach Connect to everyone who holds a current certificate until the 31st August 2024, or until new training is completed.

From the 16th October 2023, any training purchased, which is delivered from the 1st January 2024 onwards, will include the fee for Team Teach Connect, however the fee is only due once training is successfully completed.

For example:

If on the 30th November 2023 you booked a Level Two training package for 12 people and the course was due to run in March 2024, you would not be invoiced for your Team Teach Connect Fee until the training course was run in March and certificates had been issued.  After that, your setting will receive an invoice directly from Team Teach.

After the 31st August 2024, if you have not purchased training, you will have the option to add Team Teach Connect or move to a free limited version of the platform. This will not include access to the Knowledge Hub or the Support Service.

We’re sharing the news with all our Team Teach community, and will be in touch to invite our current customers and trained individuals to join the platform.

  • Level One + reaccreditation
  • Level Two + reaccreditation

  • Train the Trainer

BILD courses – includes blended learning and span across a delivery type matrix (Face to Face, Virtual, Both)

  • BILD Act Certification to meet RRN standards – primary, secondary, non-restrictive tertiary, restrictive tertiary intermediate, restrictive tertiary advanced
  • BILD Act Certification to meet RRN standards Intermediate + reaccreditation and conversion
  • BILD Act Certification to meet RRN standards Advanced + reaccreditation and conversion

Team Teach Connect has been designed to be intuitive to use and we’ve incorporated extensive user feedback to make it as simple as possible to get up and running.

Within the platform there are resources which will take you step by step through the key processes a trainer needs to know.

Additionally, we have an extensive knowledge base and a handy AI assistant is available in the platform to answer questions. We will also be running webinars, so look out for an invitation.

As this is a per setting charge, every Team Teach certified individual in your setting can access Team Teach Connect.

We will not be retrospectively applying the charge, so no you will not have to pay the fee. If however you book more training which runs in 2024 you will be purchasing our new package which includes Team Teach Connect and the fee will be due when that course has been attended and certificates have been issued.
