Team Teach acquires Behaviour Smart to build a more connected approach to behaviour support
The acquisition brings together Team Teach’s behaviour support expertise and training with Behaviour Smart’s AI-powered insight, incident management and established integration with CPOMS StudentSafe™.
Team Teach has acquired Behaviour Smart, bringing together two organisations with a shared ambition to help schools and care settings understand behaviour more effectively and turn that understanding into better support.
For over 25 years, Team Teach has helped organisations build the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to support behaviour positively and respectfully. Behaviour Smart extends that support into daily practice through an AI-powered platform that helps staff record incidents, identify patterns and triggers, reflect on what happened and use those insights to shape more personalised support.
The acquisition creates a broader and more connected behaviour support offer, bringing together staff training and development, incident management, data-led insight, post-incident learning and behaviour support planning.
Behaviour Smart also brings an established integration with CPOMS StudentSafe™, following the partnership announced by CPOMS on 23 July 2026.
For Team Teach customers, this creates a stronger connection between what staff learn, what happens in practice and how schools use information to improve future support.
