Template 1: Planning Template
Use this to help you identify why you are setting up a buddy system, what you want to achieve from it, and how the system will work.

Template 2: Individual Recording Template
Share this individual template with your staff team so they can record their focus area for development and actions towards their personal goals. This template also has space to record notes following reflection sessions between buddies.

Both templates are fully editable allowing you to make changes as needed to suit the needs of your organisation.
