Our experienced trainers deliver training to your staff team either on site within your service or at a location convenient to you. We keep logistics simple and easy, keeping your administration time to a minimum.

Our Train-the-Trainer model equips staff members to deliver the Team Teach training framework to other employees of your organisation. Both public and private course options are available, dependent on the number of staff members you are looking to train. We offer a variety of levels of trainer courses, via a tiered approach and response to ensure we can best meet the needs and risks within your service.

Behaviour Support Training Options

We understand that every organisation has unique challenges and requirements when it comes to behaviour support and staff training. Our training programmes are built on core principles that promote:

  • Preventative approaches
  • De-escalation techniques
  • Safeguarding people & services
  • Grow meaningful, positive relationships
  • Promote Behaviour Support
  • Develop greater awareness of communication strategies
  • Increase staff confidence and competence when managing risky behaviour
  • The importance of fostering safe and respectful environments for both staff and individuals.

Flexible training solutions are key. Our programme delivery options are built to fit your organisation’s schedule and requirements. Whether you prefer in-person, online, or a blended approach, our team can work with you to ensure that the training is accessible, engaging, and makes an instant impact.

Become A Team teach trainer

Team Teach offer trainer courses which give organisations the option of having their own internal trainers, a ready at hand resource for internal staff training and CPD. There are 3-day or 5-day trainer courses, depending on the organisational training needs, which are available through either open public courses, or we can come to your service on dates of your choice and train a group of staff to become trainers. Ongoing service and support is provided by our Operations and L&D teams as part of the certification.

Licensed trainers are able to cascade the 1-day Level One or 1-day Level One and 2-day Level Two courses to staff in your service on an ongoing basis, many find this option an invaluable option to ensure staff groups are trained in a timely and up-to-date fashion. Staff feel supported and valued, organisations are safe in the knowledged they have tried and tested positive behaviour intervention methodologies in place, and available when needed.

’This training day was really useful & enjoyable for our team. It taught us how to deal with potentially challenging behaviour from people in both face-to-face situations and over the telephone. It will help equip my staff with practical skills to enable them to spot danger signs and to take a planned and practised approach to volatile situations.’
